Description
Portobello Beach, a few miles from Edinburgh city centre, is a charming seaside suburb, with two miles of sand making it perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
The beach boasts a long promenade, with cafes, fish and chip shops, ice cream parlours, amusement arcades and pubs nearby.
Parking is available in a large car park with room for large vehicles. There are public toilets on the promenade. Dog friendly.

We spent a night with a campervan here, ok for sleeping! Toilets are a few hundred meters down the promenade, from 10am - 8pm

Just parking area, suitable for big caravans. Lots of local staying in caravans. Not suitable for tent. Nice view on the beach.
