Had some problems with communication, not language, being from overseas we were not informed that we had to buy tokens to have a showers at reception. So our 1st night cold showers. We did find it in the sheets, however it should have being highlighted.

Found staff in Seafront Lounge very unhelpful and and left with the feeling I had just been a hinderance to them. Won't be visiting the park again.
