Spoke to new owners in March, they expect to re-open in May or June 2016.Went to the Port for a look whilst at New England Bay CC, the CL is on the hill to the south of the harbour, looks like a great view, lovely sandy beach. The pub/hotel looked to be under major refurbishment, could not see if open yet.

Didn't go into the site but the location and Bay is pretty and quiet . The hotel/pub still looks closed and having building work done.
