I stopped here overnight when I got caught out with nowhere to stay. The ranger charged me £5 in the morning for parking and staying overnight. It isn't marked as an official campsite anywhere, I think it's generally considered a day-use area for people hiking around the Loch but they obviously expect some campers.

(cont'd) I stayed in my van. A few other people had stayed overnight too, in a motorhome and one in a campervan. Not sure how much they were charged. * Cash is preferred. Toilets close by, behind the small visitor centre which opens 11am in summer. You can call or visit Rothiemurchus Centre in the nearest town, 9.30-5.30 for more info, 01479812345.
