The site is a peaceful site set within 5 acres of land that encircles Saxdale House Farm. Situated only minutes by car from the charming village of Hunmanby and the glorious beach at Hunmanby Gap. It is only three miles to Filey and nine miles to both Bridlington & Scarborough, you can enjoy the activity of the coast and then return to the peace of the camp site and enjoy your evening with a BBQ. Our selves and our Wardens aim to provide our customers with a friendly, helpful service. This is a quiet site, kept to a high standard of cleanliness and constantly maintained. CCTV is in operation around the entrance together with a gate which is locked at night for security, signs are in place for 5MPH for children's safety. There is a choice of caravan pitches, subject to availability, these are either individual and privately screened with conifer hedging or ones with more extensive views of the countryside. All pitches have 16 amp electric hook-ups and ample space is allocated to each. There is plenty of room on the pitch for awnings (although electric/gas fires are not allowed in awnings as it destroys the grass). Elsan disposal and drinking water points are close by as well as refurbished shower/toilet block and site shop. If you like your holidays under canvas why not bring your tent, or trailer tent and enjoy the peace and quiet of the tent field looking at the stars at night. BBQ's are allowed as long as they are not directly on the grass. As the site is a quiet site we ask all our patrons to keep the noise to a minimum after 10.00pm. There are numerous tent pitches some with 16 amp electric hook-ups, subject to availability, all are level, spacious and have good drainage. Drinking water points and elsan disposal are close by as well as refurbished shower/toilet block and site shop. We provide a washing up area with hot water, 20p, and bin area. Children and dogs are welcome. Dogs must be on a lead at all times
